Join us in meeting Nate Gowdy during a reception for his exhibit Eyewitness on Saturday, April 26 from 4 – 6 pm at the Midwest Museum of American Art.

This exhibit features 10 photographs taken on January 6, 2021.

This nationally renowned photographer whose work is the subject of one of our new exhibits will deliver a lecture about his artwork and sign books as a memento of the exhibition.

About Nate Gowdy
Nate Gowdy, originally from Elkhart, IN, is a Seattle-based photographer of 14 years whose work centers on American politics and identity. His first monograph INSURRECTION (2023), is the only photojournalistic book to document the historic moment of January 6, 2021. It has sold over 1,300 copies and will be available at the Midwest Museum of American Art on April 26!

This event is $10 per person for members of the Midwest Museum of American Art and $15 for non-members.
