Join us on Thursday, August 2, at 12:20 PM for our Noon Time Film about Sculptor, David Smith. This film is approximately 28 minutes.

This film presents the life and work of American Abstract Expressionist sculptor who was born in Decatur, Indiana. As a product of Indiana, Smith briefly attended the University of Notre Dame and worked as a welder for the Studebaker Factory before leaving for New York in 1926.

This Noon Time Film is a part of an ongoing series of educational discussions and films held every Thursday at the Midwest Museum of American Art.
